STRES, LĘK I DEPRESJA

Integracyjne podejście osteopatyczne do mózgowia w obrębie osi mózg–jelita–miednica
Nathalie Camirand D.O.

Seminarium trzydniowe

W oparciu o kliniczne i naukowe podstawy przedstawione w książce Brain–Gut–Pelvis Axis in Osteopathy(przetłumaczonej na język niemiecki), Nathalie Camirand prezentuje zaawansowane seminarium poświęcone roli mózgowia w regulacji stresu, lęku i zaburzeń depresyjnych.

  • neurobiologiczne etapy adaptacji do stresu
  • struktury układu limbicznego (ciało migdałowate, hipokamp, jądro półleżące, skorupa)
  • regulacja na poziomie wzgórza i pnia mózgu
  • kora zakrętu obręczy i integracja neokortykalna
  • zależności opony twardej czaszkowej i rdzeniowej
  • tętnicze unaczynienie mózgowia i kręgosłupa
  • integracja nerwu błędnego i przeponowego
  • koordynacja osi mózgowo-rdzeniowej

STRESS, ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION
An Integrative Osteopathic Approach to the Encephalon within the Brain–Gut–Pelvis Axis

with Nathalie Camirand D.O.

In recent years, stress-related disorders have become a central concern in clinical practice. Yet their osteopathic management often remains incomplete when the encephalon is not fully integrated into the therapeutic strategy.

Based on the clinical and scientific framework developed in her book Brain–Gut–Pelvis Axis in Osteopathy (translated into German), Nathalie Camirand presents an advanced seminar focusing on the role of the encephalon in the regulation of stress, anxiety and depressive disorders.

While the Brain–Gut–Pelvis axis provides the integrative context, this training is dedicated to the neuro-encephalic structures involved in emotional regulation and autonomic modulation.

Key topics include:

  • neurobiological stages of stress adaptation
    • limbic system structures (amygdala, hippocampus, nucleus accumbens, putamen)
    • thalamic and brainstem regulation
    • cingulate cortex and neocortical integration
    • cranial and spinal dura mater relationships
    • cerebral and vertebral arterial supply
    • vagus and phrenic nerve integration
    • coordination of the cerebrospinal axis

The seminar combines anatomical precision, functional neurophysiology and highly specific manual techniques, including cranial and sacral dural work, SSB decompression, hemispheric balancing, posterior fossa techniques, arterial approaches to encephalic perfusion, and targeted neuro-autonomic regulation.

Special emphasis is placed on identifying dysfunctional encephalic zones and applying precise, clinically applicable osteopathic interventions.

Grounded in extensive clinical experience and supported by current literature, this course offers practitioners a refined neuro-osteopathic framework for addressing stress-related disorders.

A seminar not to be missed!

About Nathalie Camirand D.O.

"One of the most appreciated and relevant lecturers we have had the pleasure of inviting in Hamburg. The new tools in the neuro-endocrine field that are taught are highly specific and efficient, and readily applicable in a clinical context"  Torsten Liem;(Codir. Osteopathie Schule Deutschland and Author)

“The content of her seminars is original and innovative and all the students are very enthousiast about the way she transmits her knowledges.” JP Barral ( Barral Osteopathic Teaching Organization)

“Nathalie’s mastery of integrated osteopathy brings a new dimension to the clinical approach. Her knowledge linked to a great teaching methodology and humour creates an ideal environment to learn and integrate the different systems: visceral, endocrine, cranial.....” Renzo Molinari, Molinari Institute, UK

“Nathalie offers a comprehensive training and integrative approach to health. Her excellent practical and theoretical program changes the way you conceive osteopathy and allows students to use accurate and effective techniques for their patients! Personally, her seminar is the best I’ve been able to attend. The content of her seminar has helped me tremendously in dealing with pathologies and significant imbalances seen in my patient for which I did not have the tools or the confidence to venture into treating.
Nathalie is an exceptional person and teacher who loves her work. She completely devotes herself to help her students and share her knowledge. What an example to follow! Nathalie will enrich you enormously on a personal development side and as an osteopath.” Santi Deu, teacher at the EOB, Barcelona

"I met Nathalie in a seminar she was giving in Greece. I was so impressed. I said to myself, it's the osteopathy that I want to promote. I am very happy that my colleagues (18), all graduates of the European School of Osteopathy trusted me and decided to follow me here in Canada to do both training with her: Glandular Dysfunctions, the approach osteopathic and Stress, anxiety, depression; brain-gut axis. As you will see, by their comments, they are far from disappointed and all very enthusiastic. They all want to come back again! " Nadya Sheremetova MD, ostéopathe (Russia)

"I have done several continuing education seminars in Osteopathy in the last 10 years in several European countries. I can say that Nathalie's seminars are without contradiction, the best that I have been able to attend. I agree with my colleagues that Nathalie Camirand's seminars on endocrine dysfunction and the brain-gut axis are contributing to a new area of osteopathy, opening a new door, a new General Ledger page. of Osteopathy.

Thank you Nathalie for your teachings. Your approach is fantastic! "Albert Badag MD Neurologist and Osteopath (Moscow, Russia)

"I am very impressed by the content of Nathalie's seminars. I did a lot of continuing education in osteopathy. The level of knowledge she shares is far beyond my expectations. A very high level that it shares with us and a unification of all the systems. I had the impression to do 10 seminars in two. This will really transform my practice. Nathalie, you're just great! "Alexis, neurosurgeon and osteopath in Moscow

"Nathalie is an incredible teacher, a great speaker and a person so kind and caring. The tools presented in her seminars are new and innovative, specific and so effective. She shares all this with simplicity and brilliance. These seminars helped me personally with my energy and will help me to go further with my patients. " Svetlana Danilenko midwife and osteopath "

Nathalie's seminars are colossal, a new area of osteopathy is born. Lots of new ideas to help my patients!“ Pavel Finogenov Neurologist and researcher in Neuro-physiology, osteopath.
